Shipping policy

SHIPPING: All orders are processed 3-4 business days after payment must have been verified and cleared. Custom Wig units take 7-10 working days to produce (Saturday,Sunday and  public holidays are not inclusive) before they ship. 

Once your order is shipped, you would get a notification where you would receive your tracking information. 

 

Orders are shipped on business days only 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, Once you receive your tracking information please contact your local post office/ courier service in regards to your shipment status.

 

 

SHIPPING DELAY: During sale, festive holidays as Christmas etc, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual, Order delivery could also be delayed due to bad weather conditions, wrong address,customs delay etc.  Ensure to order in time to avoid any sort of delays.
